Have you modified a genuine product or different model type intercooler to fit your motorcycle? Sometimes the position and thickness of the hose are wrong, and the size does not fit properly. It is difficult to find just the right product, especially if you have made your motorcycle turbo. We make customized intercoolers with different core thicknesses, lengths, widths, core tank shapes and sizes, and so forth.
We use a strong tube and minimize unevenness inside the tank. The cooler may be the same size as genuine products, but we have increased the cooling effect and improved the accelerator response.
Decreasing the intake temperature and increasing the power means that a lower degree of accelerator opening is required to achieve relatively the same acceleration and this results in better fuel efficiency and extra leeway for the engine.
